Colasanti/O`Brien JV was selected as the construction manager for the new Police Station and City Hall & Connectivity Park for the City of Royal Oak. Our scope for the police Station: a 42,000 sf, two-story building with a lower level. It includes a transfer bridge to the 44th District Court building, an Emergency Operation Center, eight jail cells, fitness/training center, Armory, covered parking for 41 vehicles, 35 parking spaces, sitework and landscaping. City Hall is a 32,000 sf, two-story building. It includes one elevator, City Commission Chambers, 124 parking spaces, sitework and landscaping. Connectivity/Park scope includes underground utilities, electric switchgear, data fiber, streetscape and landscape.
