Project Description:
Colasanti constructed a nine level 1,692 pre-cast parking structure, a new energy plant for the new DMC Children’s Hospital Tower. 12,000 sf and housed the primary switchgear for the Cardio hospital. The space also houses switchgear for the new CVI Parking Structure, new switchgear for the new CVI Heart Hospital and the emergency power for the CVI Heart Hospital and Children Hospital Tower and houses the water storage tank for the CVI Heart Hospital. Additionally, the project includes a 50,000 gallon fuel storage tank for the generators that serve both the CVI Heart Hospital and the new Children’s Hospital Tower.
