CCSI can provide pre-design and pre-construction planning, in addition to site management, for your entire project. As a full-service provider, CCSI has the ability to gather and manage in-house and subcontractor resources, especially for at-risk jobs. Since Colasanti began more than 50 years ago, 90% of our jobs have been at-risk.
General Contracting
In addition to supervising our own people on-site, CCSI has the capability of supervising the various subcontractors that are working in unison with our self-perform services. CCSI’s on-site management teams are second to none.
Design/Build
CCSI can support design and provide construction from a single source. This allows for the overlapping of design, value engineering, and construction schedules, as we work directly with the architect, saving both time and money.
