Christopher J. Colasanti
CEO-Colasanti Companies
Chris joined the Colasanti Companies in 1977. Under his leadership, the Colasanti Companies have grown into one of the best and largest full-service concrete contractors in the United States. Chris is actively involved in the day-to-day management of operating plans, corporate policies, and short- and long-term objectives; establishing organizational structure; advising staff; and reviewing results of business operations. He is also oversees the Preconstruction Department for the concrete selfperform work which is responsible for bidding out many project types that use varying delivery methods.
Chris attended Michigan Technological University, receiving a degree in Civil Engineering. Upon graduation Chris started his career for Colasanti in the field, learning the business from the ground up. His many years of hands-on hard work, intense desire and vision for success have been instrumental to the growth of Colasanti Companies.
Carey Colasanti
COO - Colasanti Companies
Carey joined the Colasanti Companies in 1977. He worked in the field for 13 years as a cement mason cultivating his skill set in understanding concrete and the intricacies of it. When joining the office Carey took on the responsibility of managing the pumping, placing and finishing operations for Colasanti.
Carey has a innate ability to understand mix designs in regards to how fast they setup, conveyance of, and there finishability. He gives oversight and technical advisement to his colleagues when faced with complex placements, logistics, placeability and extreme weather conditions. His experience of placement types range from large industrial floor placements, superflat, parking structures to highrise work.
Donald W. Kosnik
CFO /Executive VP - Colasanti Companies
Don joined the Colasanti Companies in 1986. Don has responsibility for all fiscal aspects of the Colasanti Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates. He oversees financial plans, accounting practices, cash management, accounting, budgeting, and tax and audit activities. Don is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, managing and directing relationships with business and financial vendors, and developing and implementing changes to improve systems and financial performance.
Don, a certified public accountant, recieved a BS in business adminstration from Lawrence Technological University and a MS in taxation from Walsh College.
Laressa Colasanti
VP / HR Director- Colasanti Companies
Laressa Colasanti officially joined the Colasanti Companies in 2015, though she has been around in some capacity helping out in the summers throughout school. She received her elementary education degree from Oakland University in 2010. She transitioned those education skills into a career in Human Resources. When the opportunity arose to work for the family company, she happily accepted.
Laressa provides overall leadership of the Colasanti Companies Human Resources group, including education and training, talent management, recruiting and internal mobility, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Jessica Colasanti
VP / General Counsel - Colasanti Companies
Jessica joined the Colasanti Companies in 2015. She received dual undergraduate degrees with high distinction from The Pennsylvania State University, after which she attended The Michigan State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with her juris doctor degree.
As General Counsel, Jessica oversees the legal matters of the companies, which includes advising executive members on new and existing laws to ensure the overall compliance and functionality of the business. She also reviews, drafts, and negotiates construction contracts to manage and minimize risks.

Pat Wysocki
President -Colasanti Construction Services
Pat joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2008. As President of CCSI, Pat coordinates and supervises the company GC/CM estimating pursuits and provides technical and administrative direction. This includes assisting corporate and project management to determine what types of projects to bid; review of final estimate packages; aiding in negotiating contracts and change orders; and administering direction. Pat also plays an instrumental role in fostering relationships, mentoring, guiding, challenging Colasanti personnel and ensures the goals developed by the guiding principles are on target to be met.
Pat attended the University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan and obtained abachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985.
Scott Meredith
Executive VP (GC/CM)-Colasanti Construction Services
Scott joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2005. Scott’s responsibilities as Excecutive VP of the GC/CM division are monitoring departmental operations, managing customer relationships, continuous interface and coordination with project owners, designers, trade partners and Colasanti personnel to ensure work is completed to owners specifications and is built adhering to all company regulations.
Scott is also responsible for the continual development of standard operating procedures and talent development/mentoring for his responsible market segments.
Scott attended Western Michigan University, in Kalamazoo, MI and obtained a BS in Marketing in 1994 as well as Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI and obtained an MS – Construction Management.
Martin Berger
Executive VP (Selfperform)-Colasanti Construction Services
Martin joined Colasanti Construction Services, Inc. in 2022. Martin directly is responsible for the selfperform concrete operations throughout the midwest.
Martin has a track record of achieving extraordinary growth through an uncompromised focus on external and internal customers, on developing people and processes and by harnessing innovation to add value in production driven construction. He is a visionary Business Leader, motivating Construction Manager and passionate Civil Engineer with extensive experience in major construction projects and in globally operating construction equipment companies.
Martin is a strong believer in leading by example, teamwork, integrity and safety. Proven leadership in P&L, sales, engineering and product development, simplifying business processes and in solving troublesome issues in business units.
Anthony D. Colasanti
President-Colasanti South
Anthony joined the Colasanti Companies in 2002. He is a graduate of Miami University (Miami of Ohio) with a Finance degree. Anthony was raised in Michigan and was instilled with the hard italian work ethic from his grandfather and father. Anthony spent the summers between school working in the field laboring and pouring concrete to further his understanding of the family business.
Upon speding five years at the corporate office in Michigan, Anthony moved to Florida in 2007 to grow the business in the south eastern United States. Anthony has held a myriad of positions within the company, gaining significant experience all while earning the respect of his fellow colleagues. He is a born leader with a cando attitude and thrives in difficult situations. He currently serves as President of Colasanti South, Inc. providing strategic planning for business acquision and operational success and profitablity.
Anthony resides in Orlando, FL with his wife and two children.
Kyle Deller
Executive VP-Colasanti South
Utilizing his thirty-plus years of field experience in the concrete industry, Kyle brings a wealth of experiences from projects performed across the country and in nearly every industry to influence Colasanti’ s Projects. Working through the ranks Kyle began his career as a laborer and through key character attributes such as ambition, integrity, and persistent dedication, Kyle has helped to shape the culture of the company and his co-workers. Kyle uses these experiences and relationships to help operationally guide all facets of Colasanti’ s business from scheduling and logistics to procurement and selection of systems and equipment, as well as staffing.
Kyle is a devoted family man to his wife and four children, and likes to slide off for quick round of golf with friends. Kyle is a key contributor to the services Colasanti provides to our clients.
